Payout Rules

|---|---|---|
| Profit Split | 75% | You keep 75% of the profits you withdraw. |
| Consistency Rule | 15% | Your best trading day must make up 15% or less of your total profit when you request a payout. |
| Profit Buffer | 5% | 5% of the account size in profit must stay in the account. Profit above this buffer can be withdrawn. |
| Min Withdrawal | 1% | The smallest amount you can request in one payout: 1% of the account size. |

The Daily Loss Limit is the maximum amount an account may lose in a single trading day. This limit resets each day at 5:00 PM EST. It is calculated using the greater of the prior day’s end of day balance (closed P&L only) or the prior day’s end of day equity (balance plus open P&L). This ensures unrealized gains at the end of the trading day are reflected when determining the allowable loss for the next session.
If you finish the day with open positions in profit, equity is higher than balance and equity is used. If you finish with no open positions, balance and equity are the same and balance is used. If you finish with open positions in a loss, equity is lower than balance and the balance is used.
Example: A $100,000 account with a 5% Daily Loss Limit. At the 5:00 PM EST reset the balance is $100,000 with open positions in profit, giving equity of $102,000. Because equity is higher, the limit is calculated from $102,000 — 5% is $5,100, so the account breaches if intraday equity touches $96,900. With no open positions (or positions in a loss), the limit is based on the $100,000 balance, giving a breach level of $95,000.
Maximum Drawdown is set at 6% on One Step plans and, on Two Step plans, 8% during the assessment and 7% once funded. It is static (using CLOSED BALANCE) and therefore remains at the same value for as long as the account remains active.
Example (Two Step funded, 7%): With a $100,000 starting balance you can draw down to $93,000 before violating the rule. If you take the account to $102,000 in closed balance, your Maximum Drawdown stays locked at $93,000. On a One Step plan (6%) the level would be $94,000. Regardless of how high the account goes, the drawdown level does not move — note you can still violate the daily drawdown.
All plans have “Lock Upon Payout” enabled by default. Traders can elect to purchase an add-on for 25% of the purchase price to disable this feature.
Example: A trader has a $100,000 account and grows the balance to $110,000. When the trader submits a payout request, the maximum drawdown becomes permanently locked at the original starting balance of $100,000. From that point forward the account balance may not fall below $100,000 — if it does, the account is considered breached.
• CFD: 1 lot = $100k notional
• Index: 1 lot = 1 contract (exceptions: SPX500 — 1 lot = 10 contracts, JPN225 — 1 lot = 500 contracts)
• Cryptos: 1 lot = 1 coin
• Silver: 1 lot = 5,000 ounces
• Gold: 1 lot = 100 ounces
• Oil: 1 lot = 100 barrels
Your first withdrawal can be requested at any time, subject to an 80/20 profit split. Thereafter you can request a withdrawal of gains every 30 days. When a withdrawal is approved we also withdraw our share of the gains. The drawdown does not reset when you request a withdrawal.
Example: You have taken an account from $100,000 to $120,000 and request a withdrawal of $16,000. You receive $12,800 and we retain $3,200. The account balance drops to $104,000 and your Maximum Drawdown locks at the starting balance unless you purchased the add-on to disable it. If you withdraw all of your profits you will violate the Maximum Drawdown rule and lose the account.
